Mike Fulkerson joined Ethos in March of 2023 as a Director of Operations for the Underwriting and Case Management team. When Mike isn’t building processes or meeting with vendors at Ethos, he enjoys hanging out with friends, going to concerts and Charlotte FC games and relaxing by a fire with his wife and pup.

Vaira Priya joined Ethos in May 2023 as a Customer Experience Specialist. When Priya isn’t dealing with escalations and payments, or actively supporting the team at Ethos.

Megan Seman joined Ethos in July 2024 as the Head of Creative & Brand. When Megan isn’t building the brand at Ethos, she enjoys watching reality TV and playing board games with her kids.

Christian Otto joined Ethos in November of 2021 as a Senior Marketing Analyst and is now a Principal Product Analyst. When Christian isn’t deep diving into the data at Ethos, he enjoys climbing, running or skiing through the Grand Teton National park.

okesh Yadav joined Ethos in October 2019 as a Software Engineer and now manages our Platform Microservices Engineering team.

Gaurang Khetan joined Ethos in January 2022 as a Director of Engineering and is now a Senior Director. When Gaurang isn’t working with the team to get a new product or feature out quickly, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching sci-fi, or reading books.

Torie Supinka joined Ethos in November 2021 as a Content Production Coordinator and is now a Senior Product Marketing Manager.

Mayur Bhapkar joined Ethos in February 2023 as a Policy Administration Associate now working as Life Underwriting Liaison.

Ash Muralidharan joined Ethos in March, 2022 as a Director of Product Management. When Ash isn’t building the next big thing to delight Ethos customers, he enjoys reading, powerlifting, watching and playing cricket, and traveling with his wife.

Nichole Myers joined Ethos in April 2022 as Chief Underwriter. When Nichole isn’t working to put insurance in the hands of the people who need it most, she enjoys cooking, crafting whiskey cocktails and taking dance classes.

Sachin Kulkarni joined Ethos in May 2022 as Director of Product Management. When Sachin isn’t thinking of IUL or TruStage at Ethos, he enjoys spending time with his wife (Smruthi) and kids (Paridhi and Parv) and introducing them to new forms of music and sports.

Lani Oshima joined Ethos in March 2021 as the Principal Product Manager for Consumer Growth. When Lani isn’t optimizing the pre-application consumer experience, she enjoys hiking, surfing, and reading.

Kunal Anand joined Ethos in July 2022 as a Senior Product Manager. When Kunal isn’t building the B2B products at Ethos, he enjoys exploring new cooking recipes, trivia hunting, spending time DIYing with his wife, and spoiling his pet.
